Description

This beet lime ginger cleanse juice is bold, refreshing, and easy to make. With earthy beets, bright lime, and spicy ginger, it’s a simple wellness drink that supports digestion, circulation, and everyday hydration.

Ingredients

Scale

2 medium beets, scrubbed and peeled if needed 1 large lime, peeled and seeds removed 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled 1 cup cold water (for blender method) Optional: 1/2 green apple for extra sweetness Optional: 1/2 cucumber for a lighter, more hydrating flavor Optional: ice for serving

Instructions

Juicer method: Wash and prep the beets, lime, and ginger. Cut the beets into smaller wedges if needed. Run the beets, lime, and ginger through the juicer, alternating ingredients for smoother extraction. Stir the juice and taste. Serve immediately over ice if desired. Blender method: Dice the beets into small cubes. Add beets, peeled lime, ginger, and cold water to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a bowl or pitcher. Pour into glasses and serve chilled or over ice. Optional: Add apple if you want a sweeter juice. Add cucumber if you want a lighter cleanse-style drink.

Notes

Start with a small serving if you are new to beet juice. Store leftovers in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 to 48 hours. Shake well before serving because natural separation may occur. Beets may temporarily tint urine or stool red, which is normal. If you have kidney stone concerns or take blood-thinning medication, ask your healthcare provider before drinking regularly.
