Ingredients

1 large bunch fresh celery (810 stalks)

24 tbsp filtered water (for blender method)

12 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Small pinch of sea salt (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash celery thoroughly and cut into 2–3 inch pieces.

2. For juicer: feed celery pieces slowly through the juicer.

3. For blender: add celery + 2–4 tbsp water and blend on high.

4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.

5. Stir in lemon if desired and taste.

6. Serve immediately, cold or over ice.

Notes

Drink fresh for maximum nutrients.

Store airtight in glass up to 24 hours.
