This Christmas punch with cranberry juice is festive, easy, and crowd-pleasing. Made with tart cranberry, bright citrus, and sparkling fizz, it’s perfect for holiday parties—and you can keep it alcohol-free or offer a spiked option for adults.
Ingredients
4 cups cranberry juice (100% or quality blend)
2 cups orange juice (fresh or not-from-concentrate)
2 cups pineapple juice or apple cider (your choice)
3–4 cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda (add right before serving)
1–2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional, to taste)
Ice
Garnishes (optional but festive):
Orange slices
Fresh cranberries
Rosemary sprigs
Cinnamon sticks
Instructions
1. Chill all juices and soda ahead of time
2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice (or apple cider)
3. Taste and add honey/simple syrup if you want it sweeter
4. Add plenty of ice (or a large decorative ice block)
5. Right before serving, pour in ginger ale or lemon-lime soda for fizz
6. Garnish with orange slices, fresh cranberries, and rosemary
7. Serve immediately and top up with more soda as needed
Notes
Make-ahead tip: mix the juice base up to 24 hours ahead—add soda at the last minute
To prevent dilution, use a large ice ring or frozen juice cubes
Adult option: let guests add sparkling wine or a splash of rum/vodka in their own glass (separate from the main bowl)
