Description
Refreshing homemade green detox juice made with leafy greens, cucumber, apple and lemon.
Ingredients
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 cucumber
1 green apple
1 lemon (juiced)
Small ginger slice
1/2–1 cup cold water
Instructions
1. Wash and chop all greens and vegetables
2. Add ingredients to blender or juicer
3. Blend until smooth or juice until liquid extracted
4. Strain (optional) and adjust liquid to taste
5. Serve chilled for maximum detox benefit
Notes
Drink fresh within 24–48 hours
Add pineapple for sweetness
Add parsley for liver detox
Use ice for a colder, more refreshing blend
