Description
This fresh green juice with kale, cucumber, and apple is a healthy, refreshing drink packed with nutrients and perfect for mornings or post-workout energy.
Ingredients
2 cups kale leaves, stems removed
1 medium cucumber, chopped
2 green apples, cored and chopped
1/2 lemon, peeled
1–2 inches fresh ginger
1–1.5 cups cold water
Optional: honey or maple syrup
Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
Wash and prepare all ingredients.
Add cucumber and apples to blender first.
Add kale, lemon, and ginger.
Pour in water and blend until smooth.
Strain using fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
Pour into glass and serve over ice.
Adjust sweetness if needed.
Notes
Best consumed fresh within 24 hours.
Store in airtight glass container.
Use sweeter apples for less tart juice.
Optional: add spinach or celery.
