Ingredients
2 medium apples, cored and chopped
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1–2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 cup cold water or sparkling water
Ice cubes
Apple slices and mint, for garnish
Instructions
Wash and core the apples, then chop into pieces.
Grate or thinly slice the fresh ginger.
Blend apples, ginger, citrus juice, sweetener, and water until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the mocktail.
