Description

A refreshing, fruity, and healthy Nonalcoholic Strawberry Margarita made with frozen strawberries, lime, and agave nectar. Perfect for summer parties.

Ingredients

Scale

1 (16 ounce) package frozen whole strawberries

½ cup water

¼ cup lime juice

¼ cup light blue agave nectar

⅛ teaspoon salt

Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

1. Place strawberries, water, lime juice, agave nectar, and salt in a blender.

2. Pulse until loosened and chunky, about 10 pulses.

3. Process on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.

4. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lime slices.

Notes

For a thicker texture, use slightly less water.

Chill your glasses before serving for a longer-lasting icy effect.

You can double the recipe for a party or freeze leftovers as strawberry ice cubes.
