Ingredients
2 inches fresh ginger root
1 inch fresh turmeric root or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

Instructions
1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly
2. Peel lemon and cut apple into small pieces

4. For blender version: add ingredients + water and blend until smooth
5. Strain through fine sieve or cheesecloth if desired
